CONDIÇÕES E PRAZOS PARA A DEVOLUÇÃO
O prazo de devolução é de no máximo 30 dias corridos, iniciando a contagem a partir da data de faturamento do pedido (emissão da nota fiscal). Se ao receber o produto, optar por devolvê-lo observe o seguinte:
– O produto não poderá ter indícios de uso.
– Para escolha de outro tamanho, é preciso entrar em contato com a nossa Central de Atendimento, sendo que o novo tamanho solicitado estará sujeito a disponibilidade de estoque.
– O produto a ser devolvido deverá estar acompanhado de nota fiscal, etiquetes e tags devidamente fixadas.
– Ao solicitar o código de postagem por intermédio de nossa Central de Atendimento, você terá até 10 dias corridos para a utilizá-lo. Pensando em reduzir a quantidade de materiais utilizados e seus poluentes.
– A devolução deve ser preferencialmente realizada na mesma embalagem em que foi recebido o produto. Caso ela tenha sido avariada, o cliente deverá embalar a mercadoria em papel pardo, ou qualquer outro material que forneça proteção adequada para que o produto não danifique no transporte.
– A ebFarda não disponibiliza embalagens nas agências dos Correios.
